Dear Sellers:
In order to improve the platform experience, the calculation logic of DTS (Delivery Time Schedule), LSR (Late Shipments) and auto-canceled orders on Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines sites will be updated in March/April, and the specific adjustments are as follows:
DTS (Delivery Time) rules and auto-cancel logic update
Note:
(1) The calculation logic of the above table presupposes that the day of order placement (D0) is a shipping business day; if that day is not a shipping business day, the shipping date will be postponed to the next shipping business day.
(2) The above changes only affect orders fulfilled by local channels, cross-border orders are not affected.
(3) The DTS (stocking time period) can be set to 7-30 shipping business days for pre-sale items in Singapore and Philippines sites, and the DTS (stocking time period) can be set to 3-30 shipping business days for pre-sale items in Malaysia.

The order for non-pre-sale items for Singapore site generated at 15:00 on March 10, which is a Monday (for shipping working days), the DTS is D+1 working days:
March 11 before 23:59 pm click on the shipment and be scanned by the carrier can be regarded as on time shipment;
Sellers need to click shipment in the background before 23:59 minutes on March 12, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled;
All orders need to be clicked shipped and scanned by the carrier before 23:59 minutes on March 13, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled.
Optimization of LSR (Late Shipment Rate) calculation method
Singapore site will adjust the late shipment penalty threshold from 5% to 10%, allowing sellers to manage their operations more flexibly while reducing the risk of being penalized for occasional delays. The shipping business day logic remains unchanged, as detailed below:
